How can I order more or fewer packages of Norvia Nutrition?
- If you, as a member, have ordered a subscription with 28 sachets for 4 weeks of use and wish to increase the number of servings per day to two, three, or more, please contact our Customer Service either by phone or email.
info@norvia.comYou do the same if you wish to reduce your monthly shipments down to, for example, one or two servings per day.
Can I get different flavors in my shipments?
- Norvia's shakes are currently available in two flavors:- Arctic Cacao, a crisp chocolate flavor with a refreshing aftertaste.- Vanilla Bean, it is not too sweet, but with the good characteristic full vanilla taste.
Please contact our customer service if you wish to switch to a different flavour in your next shipment.

What do Norvia shakes contain?
- Our shakes contain the proteins, fibre, carbohydrates, fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins that your body needs to function optimally. With our shakes, you have everything you need in a meal. Simple, practical, time-saving, good taste, and plant-based!
Which protein source is used in our shakes?
- Our shakes contain soy protein, which is a plant-based protein rich in amino acids. Soy has an advantage over other plant-based proteins because it contains a complete amino acid profile. Thus, soy protein is the only plant protein that nutritionally compares to animal proteins.
Are Norvia's shakes plant-based?
- Our shakes are 100% plant-based, non-GMO, dairy-free, and contain no artificial anything. Norvia’s shakes do not contain any ingredients that are UHT (Ultra High Temperature) treated.Norvia’s products are carefully formulated to provide all the necessary and important nutrients the body needs, as well as specific ratios between macro and micronutrients to ensure that muscle mass is not lost.
What can you eat when you are on a low calorie diet and want to lose weight?
- If one replaces several meals a day with our shakes for a short period, you can still freely eat low-calorie vegetables like carrots, broccoli, and salads. It is also essential to drink at least 2 liters of low or no-calorie fluids – water is recommended.If one wishes to pursue a complete plant-based diet for a period, it is important to include a variety of different plant foods to ensure the recommended intake of all essential nutrients is met.
In terms of weight loss; Why is a meal based on low calories important?
- Our shakes provide all the essential nutrients a person needs in a meal but have a very low calorie content. That's why it's so effective for people who want to lose or maintain weight, depending on how many meals they replace per day. Our shakes also work great as a snack.
Norvia's shakes contain carbohydrates because the body needs them!
- We have chosen to use fructose in Norvia’s shakes. Our research has shown that it is necessary to balance the ratio between proteins, carbohydrates (with sugar from fructose), and essential fatty acids to preserve muscle mass during weight loss. Muscle mass can be lost with a very low-calorie diet.Both muscle cells and cells in the central nervous system prefer blood sugar as an energy source for metabolism, and if the body does not receive sugar from fructose, the body will break down too much protein from the muscle mass as glucose.

I have not received my package.
- You will be notified when the shipment is on its way, and when your package has been delivered. The package will either be delivered in the mailbox or at the door, depending on the courier's decision. If the package is too large or other circumstances suggest it, the package will be delivered to a pickup location near you.
I received an SMS that my package has been delivered, but I can't find it.
- If you are absolutely certain that no one else could have received your shipment, contact customer service at info@norvia.com for assistance.
I have received a collection message from Helt Hjem, why?
- If you have received a pickup notification regarding a delivery from Norvia, it's either because the package is too large to be distributed in the usual manner, the mailbox may have been too full, or the mailbox is located in a vulnerable spot where the courier doesn't consider it safe to leave the package.
I want to return my goods?
